Food and Beverage Manager
Darlene Riley
Perhaps the one category in which Colonial Oaks stands alone when compared to other public courses in Ft. Wayne, is food and beverage operations, thanks of course to Darlene Riley. With over 30 years experience in food and beverage she constantly refines the menu and dining experience. She loves the challenge of growing orchids but her main hobby is traveling and uses her travel experience to seek foreign culinary delights which she can incorporate into her own menu.
